GoodLeap announces the closing of the 12th securitization

SAN FRANCISCO, February 16, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — GoodLeap, LLC, the leading U.S. digital marketplace for sustainable solutions, today announced the closing of GoodLeap Sustainable Home Solutions Trust 2022-1, a Goldman Sachs-sponsored securitization. The securitization is backed by approximately $305 million the principal balance of residential solar and sustainable home improvement loans came from the GoodLeap platform. The weighted average yield of the securitization was 2.92% and the securitization received ratings from Fitch Ratings Agency and Kroll Bond Rating Agency. All bonds were oversubscribed at least 4 times with the participation of 22 unique investors.
